The $99 member service fee applies to all club member service calls. Members also get 15% of repairs, 15% off IAQ products and 5% off new equipment installations or replacements.

The Annual Membership begins with an initial 12 month term. Memberships renew automatically after the initial term unless cancelled in writing. Annual memberships require 30 days’ written notice before the end of the first 12 months. Any monthly memberships still carry a 12-month commitment, and early cancellation makes the remaining balance for that initial term due.

The membership applies to a specific service address and the enrolled systems at that property.

If you move, your membership can be transferred by request. It must be approved by Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical and is limited to the same number of covered systems.

No. Membership discounts and pricing cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts. The Service Club is already designed to provide our best ongoing value for qualifying customers.

Our regular service area is within a 30-minute radius of 909 Kalamalka Lake Road, Vernon, BC. Additional travel charges may apply outside that area.

We do our best to make member service simple and convenient. All membership benefits, appointments, transfer requests, and service work are subject to scheduling availability, service-area coverage, and review by our team so we can make sure the service is the right fit for your home and your systems.

No. Membership payments are non-refundable, including monthly and annual plan payments. Cancelling your membership does not entitle you to a refund for payments already made, and any remaining balance due under the initial 12-month term will still apply where applicable.

Yes. Membership benefits do not apply to permits, subcontracted work, or additional travel charges outside our regular service area.

We will reattempt payment up to three times over the following week and notify you to correct the issue. If payment is not resolved, the membership will be suspended until the account is brought current.

Membership inclusions may change from time to time, and Vernon Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a membership at its sole discretion.
